Hard to believe that we started our day 18 hours ago! So much has happened!

The morning started with a press conference followed by a police escort to the military plane who safely transported us to Coca! We were greeted by hundreds of cheering social workers and patients, many of whom have traveled 10 hours.
The screening was really difficult!  So many people and just not enough time! We have a schedule that starts early tomorrow with about 100 surgeries scheduled for Monday through Friday.  I’m sure we will get drop in’s, and with the compassion these doctors have, I’m sure they will make the time.
